I want you to be completely in love with your purchases from my store. If for any reason you're not, here’s my easy and friendly return policy:
1. Quick Returns: You have seven (7) days from the day you receive your sparkly items to decide if they’re right for you. Just start your return within this time.
2. Pack it Like a Treasure:
Your Jewelry's Cozy Home: Please send your items back in their original box and packaging. This little house keeps them safe and sound.
Cushioning Love: A little bubble wrap or similar padding makes a world of difference. It's like a comfy cushion for your jewels during their journey back to me.
Seal with a Kiss: Well, maybe just a strong adhesive to make sure the package stays closed.
3. Returning in Style: All I ask is that the items come back in their original, unworn condition, with all the tags still attached.
4. Don’t Forget the Receipt: Please pop a copy of your receipt or order confirmation in the package.
5. Shipping Back to Brenda: The return trip is on you, but I suggest using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
6. Refund Magic: Once I receive and lovingly inspect your return, I’ll send you an email and process your refund to your original payment method.
7. Just a Heads Up: Custom-made items are like personal love letters - they’re just for you and can’t be returned.
